Pros

The work is very easy to do

Cons

Very weird work atmosphere. It micro management to the extreme and it’s the worst with the assistant store manager, it’s bordering unprofessional. They don’t like the employees communicating with each other in the slightest, to the point that your coworkers are strangers. It’s not good for the morale. They even require you to have your body language to be in a certain position. And they don’t like when you ask questions about specific procedures about the job that you’d never know unless it is explained. That is a big issue with the assistant store manager she hates to have to explain anything and if she does you can very clearly tell that she is irritated and upset that you asked in the first place.
