Cons
We have a strong potential for growth, particularly in the EMEA region where market opportunities remain largely untapped. However, leadership challenges—especially at the VP level—are currently limiting progress. There appears to be a gap in strategic alignment and understanding of whitespace and pipeline development, which could otherwise support double-digit growth. A more open and accountable leadership approach could unlock significant value. Culturally, there are areas that need attention. Collaboration is often overshadowed by internal politics, and the environment can feel unsupportive at times. Client teams frequently rely on personal goodwill rather than structured support, which isn't sustainable long-term. Recently, highly valued team members chose to leave, citing management concerns as a key factor. Their departures highlight the need for stronger retention strategies and a more positive working culture. With the right leadership focus and cultural improvements, Unisys could truly thrive.
