1. No real challenging work. Most of the time you'll be working on legacy products/services which don't have any future. The company is just milking its cash cow. 2. No strong strategic road-map for the future. No investment on new products. Most of the time is spent on politicking 3. Underpaid. Hikes are determined by your closeness to your manager and not based on your performance. 4. Laid back attitude. No real innovation. Excessive focus on COST CUTTING!!!
