      Pros

      My managers were good and well informed with the application and technical stack. Hence the developers in my team had a clear vision of the application.

      Cons

      A lot of internal shuffling happens. Change of teams on the product development is very high. Some of the products were also shut down during the COVID pandemic.

      Pros

      The company does a good job communicating what their ongoing and ultimate goals are.

      Cons

      Advancement opportunities don't seem to be the most clear or abundant, but it's also convoluted and could heavily depend on which team you're hired onto since it's a contracting company.
