Great camaraderie with teammates in location. Pay isn’t bad for the area but could always be better, benefits are pretty decent. Great interpersonal relationships with PMs, LOAs, CRMs, market pres, and state pres. Great flexibility and PTO.

Management in corporate can be condescending and disrespectful. We all miss how it was structured before the new year. There’s no standard for this role, felt across the footprint.
