      People are the best that I’ve worked with — they’re smart, driven and fun to work with Tech is also of high caliber

      Cons

      Budget cuts —> no more free lunch and people got laid off Management could have handled layoffs better with more transparency Sometimes not sure if management has a strategic vision Path to promotion is not clear

      Pros

      Internal growth opportunities (initially) and a strong focus on engagement

      Cons

      Senior leaders lack transparency. They have been running the business like it’s Disneyland for years and now they’re cleaning house. Laying off hard working and high performing people based on politics and who they like. On top of that, they keep saying there are no layoffs happening. Just lying through their teeth.
