Pros

Not a single pro in this company, honestly.

Cons

High Dependence on Manual Processes: Many operations still rely heavily on manual tracking and coordination, leading to repetitive tasks and increased chances of human error. Cross-Team Communication Gaps: Coordination between academic, content, and tutor management teams can sometimes be reactive rather than proactive, causing avoidable last-minute changes. Limited Bandwidth During Peak Periods: During high-demand times like revision weeks, the existing systems and staffing often get stretched, impacting efficiency and increasing pressure on the ops team. Inconsistent Training and Onboarding: New team members often rely on peer support rather than formal onboarding processes, which can affect productivity and consistency.

Pros

My time at UPRIO as an SME Intern in Maths was genuinely enjoyable. The working environment was friendly, the team was approachable, and there wasn't much stress, which made it easy to stay motivated. I learned a lot - not just about explaining math concepts clearly, but also about effective communication, teamwork, and how to take constructive feedback positively. Everyone was open to ideas and willing to help which really boosted my confidence. It was great balance of contributing and learning.

Cons

Little more broader understanding about the work could help the interns who would join in future to work efficiently. Also growth in the company is decent enough but could have been better. Some incentives based on performance could be given.
