Pros

They have dogs and a pretty good amount of food in the office

Cons

The leadership doesn't know what they're doing. This company is so disorganized (even for a start-up) and no one is ever on the same page. They forced overtime. Their sole focus is on numbers so they would do anything to reach them, including lying to their customers and their investors. There's no effort into customer service or even with their tech, they're just trying to get things out there regardless of quality. They also enforce this idea of positivity when I'm sure the majority of the employees are having daily mental breakdowns and are stressed out of their minds. They don't care about your well-being regardless of their persona they put out there. They don't care about their employees, they don't care about their customers, and they won't care about you.

Pros

Leadership seems genuinely committed to the mission and to doing the right thing. Since the turbulent period in 2024 / 2025, they seem to be taking the right steps to address some of the challenges that came as a result of scaling fast.

Cons

During my time at the company, there was frequent shifting in company focus and strategy. It often felt like there wasn’t enough time to fully execute on one strategy before moving on to the next. But this appeared to begin changing before I left
