      Family environment, Fun Atmosphere, And There is Definitely opportunities to grow.

      Cons

      The pay is not the best but I think that is how radio is in general.

      They have good pay and benefits

      Cons

      Terrible management at the top Great teams and creative opportunities but everything is silohed and people don't feel empowered. Many have left, quit and been let go.
