As a startup, turbulence is to be expected, but Urbint's is pretty legendary. At least 3 full code base rewrites have happened as priorities changed and new leaders came in and did what was familiar to them. One team went through 4 managers in a year.
There used to be a good culture of collaboration. These people were forced out or left as the work got less interesting, and were replaced by faceless mercenaries. Engineers are not treated like equal partners, everything is transactional. Cutthroat people are promoted, helpful people leave.
