      Pros

      I love the autonomy that Usay gives to their staff. They empower their people to almost run a mini-business within the business and the roles are challenging but very rewarding. Regularly have great incentives and the Directors always encourage you to come forward with new ideas and often let you lead these projects and rarely say no if they improve the business or employee engagement.

      Cons

      The company is learning and developing every day so it can be quite challenging sometimes but this is also part of the enjoyment. Will be great when all systems are functioning at 100% every day but this has also been a challenge in everywhere I have worked.

      - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition
