      Pros

      Great people, engaging management, continuous improvement encouraged (business and individual) good incentive for the work being completed (salary + commision)

      Cons

      Not many team/department incentives (not that this is a necessity however some tend to thrive of these)

We do run a number of regular incentive schemes, the logistics of some have been disrupted by the pandemic, but we have tried to adapt them as best as possible.       - Some friendly staff - Location (Right by the lakes)

      Cons

      - Salary - Overworked - No support from management/HR - Dangle promotions over your head that never come to fruition

      Pros

      Salary is good, if you are one of Brooky's or Joe's few you'll get preferential treatment

      Cons

      You'll be treated badly, spoken to like you wouldnt believe and every minute of your day will be demanded or you will be branded as lazy or not wanting to succeed.
