Pros
The pro's of working here is that there is a progression scheme, meaning there is always motivation to improve how i'm doing and this also provides benefits, such as an increase in salary! The people I work with are great, and are always pushing each other to improve, creating a great, motivating, exciting environment to work in! Usay also gives plenty of opportunities to move throughout the company, offering room to grow and ability to test things out.
Cons
The only cons that come to mind is the limited parking and lack of incentive opportunities, but due to the corona virus, it has made things difficult.
