If you enjoy having a big impact on a mission-driven company, Ushur fits the bill. Marketing is a lean team, but well organized and really effective. The team has really clear goals (objectives & key results) that are both top down & bottoms up. We have a weekly tactical meeting and quarterly business review & planning sessions. Everyone's voice is heard and everyone works really hard. The Pursuit of Excellence and Growth Mindset values are definitely internalized.

Roadmaps with partners and products can sometimes be nonlinear, and Sales / Sales Enablement has some growing pains. Marketing is sometimes asked to project manage initiatives on behalf of those teams, but we get lots of support & kudos from our team when that is the case.
Clear and aspirational vision on product to serve the customer. Learned to live with everyone remote because of COVID. Core leadership took active ownership of service to customers. Espoused "we love our employees." Had high hopes for AI
