No training given and no SOP before and after new system rollout , canteen food terrible even multiple times of feedback there is no improvement all , management is terrible/ toxic /some was bad tempered and without any knowledge to be leader and like to blame workers , lower and upper management insist want employee to use unrealistic way of doing things while it can be done in a more systematic way. working style here is like playing taichi ,push responsibilities around .high employee turnover rate. No career progression and very low increment for employee even if you exceed expectation . If you are hardworking and know a lot of things ,you will be pressed to do more as they say the rest don't know how to do but you won't get any extra awards or increment for it ,please work smart and pretend you don't know ,it will make your life easier.
