Pros
Casual dress for most. Some departments allow dogs. "Campus" feel. Sports ticket lotteries. Occasional early Fridays near holiday weekends. Summer flex days for some.
Cons
Very expensive health insurance, like $8k for a couple per year. Not enough paid holidays, maybe 5. Only 3 sick days per year that accure every 4 months and expire at year end. Summer flex days are only for some. Parking for non-management is is a long way from the office. Perks and treatment differ by department.
