Coworkers are great if you work in the right hospital

Cons

Employees don't feel valued. Salary is terrible, and when you're asked to work overtime due to skeleton staff, you get penalized not recognized for your hard work and dedication.

Job security, virtually impossible to get fired. flexible schedule , great pet discount nice people to work with. Awesome meeting locations twice a year.

Cons

Lack of fairness / integrity of upper management. People are promoted based not on job performance but based on how much kool aide they drink. Free thinking and ideas are not encouraged.
