The implementation of competencies is to ensure that there is complete objective clarity on the requirements of each role, and from your comments it sounds like there may have been a disconnect from your perspective for which we're sorry.
Regarding your comment on staff churn, we monitor our retention closely as part of our commitment to maintaining a stable and collaborative environment. For 2025, our voluntary turnover rate was 14%, which we believe sits within a healthy range for a growing commercial organisation like ours.
On the subject of pay, we regularly benchmark our roles against the wider market to ensure our salary bands remain competitive.
