Genuinely enjoyed my tenure. A lot of good things to say. The Directors and MDs are experienced across a wide range of healthcare valuation, transaction, and advisory work, so there’s a lot to learn from the people above you. Exposure is real. Employees at all levels get direct interaction with clients, not just listening in on calls. You’re actually in the conversation. High project velocity provides a lot of reps and builds a strong skill set quickly across modeling, valuation, healthcare, and client communication. The work is interesting and there’s always more to learn. Culture is a real strength. The people are smart, easy to work with, and the kind of colleagues you actually want to spend time with. There’s also ample opportunity to collaborate with and ask questions of firm and division leaders. The firm knows how to have fun-halloween is always a blast.
