      Very flexible in working either hybrid or remote Good salary Great people to work with

      Cons

      Lots of people are based in Copenhagen so not so much face to face contact Not much chance to interact with people outside of your assigned hub/client

      Pros

      While VML MAP has a great opportunity to work with some amazing clients, they so grossly mismanage the business that they are their own worst enemy.

      Cons

      No opportunity for learning or job growth, no processes or procedures, no accountibility, rudderless ship
