      None, disgraceful ethics/company. Avoid at all costs

      I've seen first hand that this company, across all VML verticals, keep reposting the same jobs (50+ of them) every 2-3 months online. I'm sorry to say, they have no intention to hire anyone for most of these, despite ticking the box of giving candidates false hope with a first & second round interview. They advertise these roles to look good for shareholders, and for tax purposes. A travesty from the top down. If you're thinking of applying here, save your efforts & time and go elsewhere.

      Cons

      Lots of people are based in Copenhagen so not so much face to face contact Not much chance to interact with people outside of your assigned hub/client
