Pros
The opportunity to gain some experience
Cons
The CEO has meandering interest and changes directions at the drop of the hat. As a result, he will fire people just because he wants to go in a different direction. (I was one of the lucky few that I know that worked for this company that wasn't fired, actually - this isn't a review from someone bitter from being fired.) The working environment was awful. It was always cold, and they make you wear uniforms to work in your cubicle, which is just strange since you don't deal face-to-face with the public. There were constant fumes from gasoline because it's located in a warehouse shared with someone who works on classic cars. They underpay their workers, do not care about job satisfaction whatsoever, and the CEO's ego is ridiculous. Worst job of my life, and I was one of the survivors.
