Pros
Flexible but weekends and holidays were required without holiday pay.
Cons
The owner has no care or concern for his employees. You could be loyal, do a good job, and be dedicated, but he could wake up one day and while putting on his pants decide to fire people and he would NEVER give a reason. It's hard to imagine every working for someone like this again. Working to make someone else rich.
