- Management is very bad and super TOXIC
- Management does not care about anything other than maximising profits (even if it means employees have absolutely no rest or personal life - you will work weekends and nights with no overtime pay, not even a thank you)
- Your opinions DO NOT matter
- Management will make super unrealistic promises (deadlines) to clients, then when they are not met, YOU will be shouted at and told how incompetent you are, and you will be humiliated in front of the whole office.
- You will be promised compensation and extra leave days when they need help overtime, but when it comes time to pay up, then the excuses start and you'll have given up your personal time for nothing in return.
