      Loads of professional people work for Vaimo, however there is a lack of support from Management

      Pros

      You’ll work with professional colleagues on projects, with real experience in their field. WFH (used to be) very flexible Working hours are not strict and regimented Good office location

      Cons

      Lack of support from management when experiencing issues throughout a project. Too “chargeability” focused - employees cannot influence how chargeable they are. Management style dictatorial esque WFH needs to be earned through how chargeable and individual is.

      Pros

      The potentiality of the company is exponential. It has strong core values and great leadership. It's a great company to start and grow with if you're looking for improve knowledge on e-commerce ecosystem.

      Cons

      As an agency can be stressful work there. The company does time tracking and micromanagement, which increase the level of stress. Also, the salary is quite low for the expected duties. The career path is not defined and at some point, your grow is going to stop.

      Management listen to employees Changes are made based on feedback Open about performance (both good and bad figures) Professional environment Events, paid for by Vaimo Playstation (play when you want) Attitude: So long as you work your hours and get the work done, you can play when you want Alcohol (or soft drinks) on Fridays Regular cake

      Cons

      Can be stressful, as with any agency Can be long hours, as with any agency Can be quite bureaucratic, some things take a lot of time.
