The Management is so ignorant, they do not want to take any feedback. When you come to them with problems, they try to shut you down and gaslight you. They are hypocrites and so disorganised it’s crazy. They expect the team to keep making money from people who don’t have money to spend with no logic or feedback given to improve. They expect you to sell and make money when nothing is ever available in the stockroom and they take no initiative to do anything about it. They target one person to blame everything on until they crack and want to leave. If you care for your well being and career, don’t join this company there is no growth and they will gaslight you to the point you’d start to question everything. Absolutely dangerous environment for your mental health.
