No progression. Very little if not zero growth, unless you suck up to the management and just agree to what they want even if it’s wrong. A company that will rather praise incomitent staff than good staff. Zero training. Watch your back! Head office have and store management Think there the best thing since sliced bread and will ignore you and talk about you in front of your face in italian. TERRIBLE PAY! You can be top sales and exceed your personal target and get zero recognition, yet if your a brown nose you’ll be worshipped for the smallest sale you make. Terrible head office organisation and deliveries don’t arrive. The store management will watch you on the cameras constantly making you feel very uneasy. Long hours and over worked as the recruitment drive is none existent, as they think they are Chanel and can’t get staff.
