Pros
The leadership team is fabulous. They are Open, Honest, Passionate, Genuine & Transparent bunch. While the leadership may be demanding, they do empower you with authority & team to support. In tough times like Covid while the world around was laying off left, right & center, the team held on with people with hardly any layoffs which I believe is great. If you have a sound logic & something that makes business sense, the team would provide the necessary TLC!
Cons
Nothjng as such. Org Structure with multiple decision makers could be a little overwhelming for a new comer. However once you understand the way to navigate internally, its a good roller coaster to ride on !
