Wait for your turn to be condemned openly in front of everybody. no support from your lead who keep talking and expect things to be done his way by refusing to understand the ground issue. throw people under the bus is the digital/marketing head expertise and twisting word and manipulate people by putting him down is the style. only look high to those who be his fave people though they didnt deliver.
