Salary Delay without notification and announcement on expected salary date. And what's worse is during my exit interview, HR actually have the guts to tell me that company paying before last day of the month is a BENEFIT the company gave to employees, and that they have the right to hold the salary 7days from the last day of the month. Yea, legally you could do so, but that implies that the company doesn't give a damn about their employee's welfare. Secondly, employees are not covered during their probation period. But, most of them have to travel around, which increases their risk and exposure to occupational hazard...another sign showing that they do not care about their employee's safety Management made their decision based on "I think this store can do it" , and go on with the decision, resulting bad decision made on opening too many stores that bear losses, impacting company overall performance.
