Pros
There weren't too many pros. I made a lot of friends with employees of other vendors and employees that worked at the Exchange. You learn how to sell.
Cons
They have unrealistic goals that they want you to achieve. My former supervisor was never happy with my performance, no matter how much I sold. They don't care about you or the customer, only themselves. They offer computer services that you yourself could do at home without paying money. It's somewhat shady. Oh, and you work six days a week.
