Pros

The people who work along side you are great and supportive. Good location.

Cons

Senior management not hired to lead, hired to make money. With that mission in mind, the people care goes out the window. Snack bars do not make up for the poor culture cultivated by HR and management. Hierarchical management really sets a us/them tone throughout all departments. Opportunities for growth are stunned by roadmaps that lead to nowhere. Tight budgets mean no support for resources, meaning you are consistently expected to delivery with zero support. Would recommend working here if you wish to go to work and go home. Do not offer feedback as it will be misconstrued and used against you.

Pros

Cool brands, loads of freebies, snacks, office lunches, and the industry is exciting to work in. Some colleagues are genuinely lovely, but unfortunately, that’s overshadowed by the overall culture.

Cons

The work environment is toxic and riddled with extreme favoritism. A small group of people is treated with clear preferential treatment, creating an atmosphere of unfairness and division. Environment is very immature and not at all professional. Immense pressure from senior leaders and scare tactics are the norm, leading to poor morale where staff frequently vent frustrations to one another. High turnover is a glaring issue—many employees leave, not because they’re bad at their jobs as management would like to suggest, but because of the unbearable environment. The narrative is often spun to shift blame onto those who leave, rather than addressing problems.

Pros

Free snack bar and location

Cons

I’m Extremely toxic culture with blatant favouritism from management. Poor leadership with no accountability or transparency. Feedback is not welcomed — those who speak up are often alienated. High turnover due to the unhealthy working environment. Focus is placed on appearances rather than employee wellbeing or fair treatment.
