I’m Extremely toxic culture with blatant favouritism from management. Poor leadership with no accountability or transparency. Feedback is not welcomed — those who speak up are often alienated. High turnover due to the unhealthy working environment. Focus is placed on appearances rather than employee wellbeing or fair treatment.

Vanity Group gives a perfect place for you to grow as a professional. If you commit the time and love your job they will never stop rewarding you. There is a real drive for professional growth and inspiration to work towards the biggest goals. The people really are amazing and provide a massively brilliant and fun place to work. It is really refreshing to be in that environment.
