Pros

Cons
Like other reviews have said...so much nepotism. I interviewed with a family member of one of the C-Suite, and I should have ended there. Had I realized the obscene amount of family and close friend relationships I would have reconsidered joining, and it only has gotten worse. The next red flag was the CEO discussing later on how awesome it was to have grown to so many employees along with IPO talks at a time when the rest of the biotech industry was cutting their own employees. CSO and CFO were hired not long later, and then next thing you know the first round of layoffs. Several months later, an enormous 25% second layoff absolutely destroyed morale, but none from HR, finance, or family/friends were let go (what a surprise). Not to mention dumping people into management roles with zero training. Great people work here, but the size this company has grown to from what it started with absolutely zero preparation is embarrassing. Obsessing over growth while struggling with the product is a great way to fail. the ship is sinking.
