Pros

I come to work and really, really, REALLY love my job. You don't get to say that to often.... The people are mostly all super nice and friendly. Everyone seems to really like and respect each other. We get to meet other tech companies all the time..... so I know I am in a great place! There are perks to working at Varick. the company has been around for a long enough time and is well respected in the industry. The technology is solid..... The company continues to grow. There has also been a changes in management and a new President. This company needed a new President!!!

Cons

NO COMPANY IS PERFECT. There has been turnover. There has been some negative comments on here by employees that were let go and did not want to leave Varick. The company did clean out bad apples. This only makes a company stronger and better in the long run.... Offices are moving out of Soho....but might be a nicer location in the long run. Not sure where new office will be and space situation.

There is somehow a lot to say about Varick and not a lot to say… all in all it’s a difficult place to work and not the fun kind of “challenge” you might want in a career. TBH there are plenty of other places you can work that won’t induce this level of unnecessary stress. - Leadership seems truly confounded on how to create a stable workplace. Some of the most clueless and self-centered people I've ever met. - Employees are given a heavy workload with little training to begin with, and even less support down the road - There is a major disconnect between what our clients expect and what we can deliver, which translates into unrealistic asks from management, giving employees a sense that they are unsuccessful despite doing their best
