Pros
1. Varonis really puts their customers and employees first. 2.The support for onboarding has been the best I've ever had when joining a new organization. 3. The pay range and opportunities in the commission structure are fair and encouraging. 4. The benefits package offered to their employee is top notch. Insurance, 401k match, and stock purchasing program is the best I've seen offered in quite sometime.
Cons
1. This is both a positive and negative but extremely fast paced. 2. The training program is extremely aggressive and for some people may be hard to come out successful. 3. Training timeframe does not necessarily match expectation for when you need to be customer engaged.
