Excellent Job, Motivated People - Anonymous employee Vast Employee Review

I love working at Vast. The people are motivated and intelligent, and plenty of autonomy is given for employees to do things the way they feel best. Plenty of flexibility in scheduling, and managers seem concerned about results, not "butt-in-chair" time. And it's a small thing, but the open-office feel and well-stocked break room are great.
