Upper Management do not communicate with top performing employee's. The CEO is a spineless fraud. The CFO is cowardly and unable to hold a conversation when pressed about issues. They know virtually nothing about the real estate market and fly by the seat of their pants when making key decisions. Numerous promises were broken both internally and externally. If I were a ket decision maker within the banking industry I would avoid Vast, Inc and their product offering HomeStory and CarStory. They will promise things to open the discussion and will end up changing their pitch upon the close. Buyer beware - do not trust this company. Unethical is too kind a word.

They seem not to care a bit about their employee's happiness, growth, or struggles. There is a lot of unhappiness throughout the place that manifests with agression, sexism, agism, racism. Leadership seems too busy fighting political fights to actually lead. It's unfortunate because there is a lot of potential, both for the working environment and the business. The business may succeed (and I hope it does), but it will most likely be 'painful' for those who make it happen.
