Pros

An amazing group of people to work with. Everyone leaves their ego at the door and collaborates to create incredible work. Behind the scenes, it runs like a well-oiled machine that still manages to seek out and find room for improvement. There is always someone to speak to regarding any concerns, including the leadership team which is always available and truly care for those that work for them - both past and present. They let you take charge of your own career growth and do all they can to nurture it. The culture is unmatched. There are social activities and events that cater to many different interests, and they definitely demonstrate an inclusive environment. There is very little turnover, which speaks for itself.

Cons

Not really a con, but it's a fast-paced and hardworking group of people, who still manage to have fun! If that isn't your thing, it may not be your place.

Pros

Nice-ish group of people and lots of drinks

Cons

Very sneaky with internal dealings, smack-talking, gatekeeping jobs, not direct feedback while having specific expectations. They've lost most previous employees over the past few years and only have "yes" people anymore. Toxic positivity vibes. They've recently positioned themselves as branding for "culture" which is very BIPOC-coded, while only having a handful of BIPOC staff and next to none in creative roles. At the end of the day, it's just using this as a buzz word to market to alcohol brands, cigarettes and other vice industries. They have had multiple employees on visas get let go without proper notice and have frequently taken advantage of ex-pats who will relocate and work for less.
