      Pros

      Full time work at a decent rate. Great for people with no college education. They hire all employees through agencies. Great benefits when brought on full time.

      Cons

      No raises, and no review process. Employees just linger there until they find other employment. Good employees and bad employees treated identically. They employee who arrives on time ready to work every day is paid the same as the one sleeping at her desk.

      I thought my coworkers were great people.

      Cons

      Not for the even remotely ambitious person. They are owned by a very wealthy family who are not relying on the success of the business to support their livelihood. This means they are just maintaining status quo and not making any significant changes at all. Basically just trying to stay in business.
