      No pros this place is a joke I didn’t even want to give one star that isn’t even deserved

      Cons

      Management does not know what they are doing Favoritism toxic work culture Will work you to death but not compensate you Drug addicts No growth or career advancement No job training absolutely nothing but to make them money

      Pros

      Full time work at a decent rate. Great for people with no college education. They hire all employees through agencies. Great benefits when brought on full time.

      Cons

      No raises, and no review process. Employees just linger there until they find other employment. Good employees and bad employees treated identically. They employee who arrives on time ready to work every day is paid the same as the one sleeping at her desk.
