Terrible place to work - R N S Ventyx Employee Review

Save yourself the trouble - apply for employment elsewhere. Lot's of back biting/stabbing, school playground politics and a dreadful work culture rife with swearing and incompetent leadership/management skills. Many have left this company due to low morale and lack of career progression. The American arm of ABB - Ventyx does not look after it's employees. Ventyx does not understand the true meaning of good customer service. Job you sign for is not what you will end up getting or doing. Many employees work in a climate of bullying and harassment.
