Transparency does not exist. A lack of transparency from upper management and high turnover of key leaders causes weekly shifts in product, direction and goals. The company is unsure of the future of the product and the product team is no longer with the company, leaving us without a roadmap to present to customers and prospects. Projects that should be weekend overhauls drag on for months at a time with no real goal or result.
