      Pros

      Market leader. Always coming out with new solutions and new ways to cover the market growth. Good people.

      Cons

      Latest release is full of bugs. Poor company morale. Verint does a poor job of keeping top talent with little internal growth opportunities and low standards salary compensation.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Cons

      Compensation level is below market average.
