      Great Tech through acquisitions and internal engineering development Strong Strategic go to market across different verticals Finally some adoption of tech we sell through community platforms No Micro management Work life balance generally good (typical for 1/4 driven US software company) Some great people /senior management

      Cancerous HR in EMEA that appears to be completely disconnected from the company and management appear too scared to challenge- lacks transparency and integrity two core company values. Lack of career progression Lack of employee engagement Too much lip service not enough action from management Office environment can fluctuate from ok to morgue like

      Dysfunctional!! The KANA Managed Services group consists of two Technical Heroes whom management is afraid to hold accountable! Sadly, these two individuals manage the infrastructure and follow no defined policies or procedures. The other team members are just minions who do little/no work...because the Heroes are running the show! Management TALKS about procedures in front of customers, but have NO BACKBONE to follow-through on implementation.
