Micro-management is not our preferred style and definitely something that we try to discourage and we take your feedback seriously. We are increasing the management development for both our new and established managers to ensure that our values are incorporated into the way that we manage our people. Whilst we firmly believe that Verint has always been a great place to work, summer 2023 has been transformative. Our Great Place to Work accreditation was awarded based on employee feedback, which means so much to the leadership team. From a solutions perspective, our Open CCaaS innovation has been incredibly well received and we’re working closely with customers to automate their CX using our vast suite of bots.
