Pros
Care about their staff - 2 wellbeing days a year on top of standard holiday plus finish early on Fridays throughout the summer. Pizza day every other week plus many more. General staff engagement is great. Supportive and progressive work environment. Consider staff input for product improvements. Great staff benefits/add ons such as private medical, but lots more.
Cons
Long and fairly complex onboarding process. Want to move to 3 days a week in office.
