      The people are amazing, good working atmosphere when allowed to actually speak. In the old days, good social events. Reasonable pay however little chance of increases Good benefits

      Cons

      Targets completely unacheiveable and driven the wrong way. Audit dept is a joke. Targeted at finding wrong and trying to get rid of people in that way Far too much negativity No progression except for those in favour Staff not treated the same Constant moving of goalposts Bad communication

      - Managers are very toxic - There are extremely high levels of micromanagement at work. - HR is never on the employees side. HR can be very toxic. - Extremely limited opportunities internally
