      Pros

      VERTU has been a fantastic employer, always looking out for their staff and being very supportive.

      Cons

      Sadly the company declared bankrupcy and I didn't get the chance to grow my career during my employment.

      Pros

      Decent pay -- most companies in this industry offer a low base salary and high commissions. Vertu offers a higher than normal base salary and a little lower commission.

      Cons

      - Terrible leadership - Poor company structure - You never know if the company will be out of business the next day.

      Exclusive product and market, minimal supervision, ability to shine.

      Cons

      No management support or direction, cannot 'walk the walk'. Unreasonable management decisions, lack of appreciation of workers.
