Your typical corporate that does not care about it's employees - Anonymous employee Viaplay Employee Review

Salary is low, barely any benefits, they have been in cost saving for over 3 years whilst top management still receives extremely high salaries and bonuses whilst the rest is told that there is no money. Yearly salary review has been a meagre 3% for years in a row, not keeping up with inflation and the market. They do not care about anyone who is not top management. Top management thinks they do a really great job, but they completely forget about anyone at the bottom. Work is boring and no growth opportunities. Only white males in top management.
